Blogged

I wasn't intending to begin a blog. I went to a site in this blog that had a vegan recipe and I wanted to see others. It seemed that the only way to see more of the site was to have a blog myself. And then all the decisions that came with creating it almost paralyzed me. What was my signing name? What was the title? It all felt so significant, and I just wanted to see a few more vegan recipes.
So here I've been blogged, and although I'm uncertain what this blog will cover, I'm pretty sure it will contain some discussion of vegan cooking and also some discussion of things spiritual that I'm learning.
For example, what led me to this site was an entry on chocolate bread pudding. The writer had pictures and even told me where someone else had featured the recipe. I copied the recipes that I liked from both sites and then had to create this blog to see more. But what led me to look up bread pudding was that I had one in the oven I was trying from McDougall's recipe book and it was still bubbling after two hours in the oven. Was there an error in the recipe? Did I read it wrong? After double checking the book and then looking at other vegan bread pudding recipes on the Net, all seemed to be fine. But what I noticed was that all the puddings were in shallow pans. I had put mine in a round casserole that had it shaped deep and not wide. So the liquid took longer to bake down. Lesson learned.
